I believe life should be a continuous process of questioning—challenging why we do what we do, and whether those choices truly serve our growth. There's little room for rigid thinking when you're striving to become your best self. My wife, Amy, has been instrumental in shifting my perspective on many things—food being one of the most significant.
I grew up in a traditional household with a conventional diet: cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and a typical meat-and-vegetable, pasta, or rice dish for dinner. Three structured meals, eaten at familiar times.
Today, my approach to food looks very different. In this space, I’ll be sharing the meals I eat daily, along with the thinking behind them—what’s changed, and why it matters.
